How Withdrawals Work — Step by Step
The withdrawal process is genuinely straightforward once you have done it once. There are no approval queues to wait in, no documents to upload for normal-sized payouts, and no support ticket to raise. You initiate it yourself from within the app or website and it processes automatically.
Login to Your Account
Open the KingExch app on your phone or the website on your browser. Enter your betting ID and password to access your dashboard.
Go to Your Wallet
Find the Wallet or My Account section — on the app it's usually in the top right corner or the bottom navigation bar. Your real money balance will be displayed here separately from any bonus credit.
Tap the Withdraw Button
Inside your wallet, tap Withdraw or Payout. You will see your available balance and a field to enter the amount you want to take out. Only your real money balance (not bonus credit) is available here.
Enter Your Payment Details
Enter your UPI ID for PhonePe, Google Pay, or Paytm — or your bank account number and IFSC code for a direct transfer. If you have withdrawn before, your saved payment details will be available to select without re-entering.
Confirm and Submit
Review the amount and payment details, then confirm. Your request enters the processing queue. UPI withdrawals typically arrive within 5 to 15 minutes. Bank transfers take 15 to 60 minutes depending on your bank's IMPS processing speed.
Best time to withdraw: Withdrawals process fastest between 9 AM and 10 PM IST on weekdays. Requests submitted right after an IPL evening match (around 10–11 PM) can sometimes have slightly longer queues because of simultaneous volume — but still usually complete within 30 minutes. Submitting before midnight ensures you see the funds before you sleep.
Payment Methods — Which One Should You Use?
All of the methods below are supported and work reliably. UPI is the fastest and most popular choice for Indian users, but the right option depends on your bank and how you normally transfer money.
UPI (PhonePe / GPay / Paytm)
The fastest option. Just enter your UPI ID and the funds arrive almost instantly in most cases. Works with every UPI-enabled bank account in India.
5–15 minutesIMPS / Direct Bank Transfer
Works with any Indian bank account. Requires your account number and IFSC code. Reliable alternative if you prefer not to use a UPI app.
10–30 minutesNet Banking (NEFT / RTGS)
Available for larger amounts. Slightly slower than IMPS but reliable for all scheduled banks and doesn't require UPI registration.
15–60 minutesFees — What You Actually Pay
This is the question almost every new user asks, and the answer is simple: the platform charges nothing on withdrawals. Whatever amount you request is exactly what arrives in your UPI or bank account. No processing fee, no service charge, no hidden percentage.
The only potential charges are from your own bank or UPI provider on their end — standard transaction fees that some banks apply to incoming credits in certain circumstances. In practice, the vast majority of UPI transactions in India arrive with no charge at the recipient's end. But if your bank does apply a fee, that is their policy and not something the betting platform controls or benefits from.
This zero-fee policy is worth highlighting because it's genuinely different from the norm. Many international betting platforms deduct 2 to 5 percent from withdrawals, or impose minimum thresholds before you can take money out without a fee. Neither applies here.

Why the Withdrawal Speed Actually Matters
Fast payouts are the single biggest trust signal in Indian online betting. Players who have been through the experience of winning a bet on a dodgy platform — and then watching their withdrawal sit in "pending" for three days while support gives vague answers — understand exactly why this matters.
The practical difference is significant. After an IPL evening match ends around 10 PM, a player who correctly backed the winning side can submit a withdrawal, watch a few overs of the next day's highlights, and have the money in their PhonePe before midnight. On most competing platforms, that same payout would not arrive until the following business day at the earliest — sometimes longer.
It is also worth understanding what faster withdrawals enable strategically. When your winnings are available quickly, you can make decisions about reinvesting or cashing out based on the actual next day's matches rather than being forced to leave money parked on a platform because you are waiting for a slow payout to clear.
Real Money vs Bonus Balance — Understanding the Difference
Your wallet is split into two types of balance: real money and bonus credit. This distinction matters a lot for withdrawals.
- Real money balance — this is your original deposit plus any winnings from real money bets. It is available for withdrawal immediately, at any time, with no conditions attached.
- Bonus balance — this is the 150% welcome bonus or any reload bonus credit. It is not directly withdrawable. You first need to meet the rollover requirement, which means betting the bonus amount a specified number of times on qualifying cricket markets. Once the rollover is complete, your bonus converts to real money and becomes fully withdrawable.
The most common reason for a withdrawal being declined or for receiving less than expected is attempting to withdraw funds that are still in bonus credit rather than cleared real money. Always check which balance you are withdrawing from before submitting your request. If you are unsure how much of your balance is real money versus bonus, the wallet section will show both figures separately.
Important: Do not attempt multiple simultaneous withdrawal requests thinking it will speed things up — this can actually trigger a manual review and slow your payout down. Submit one withdrawal at a time and wait for it to process before submitting another.
When Your Withdrawal Takes Longer Than Expected
Despite the platform's strong track record for fast payouts, delays do happen occasionally. Here is a practical guide to the most common issues and exactly what to do in each case.
Pending for More Than an Hour
If your withdrawal has been sitting in pending status for over an hour without arriving, the most likely causes are: high simultaneous request volume during or after a major IPL match, a temporary slowdown in the bank payment network (these happen occasionally across all Indian UPI systems), or an initial check triggered by an unusually large payout amount.
The right action is to message our WhatsApp support team with your account ID and the approximate time you submitted the withdrawal. We can check the exact status in the processing system and tell you whether it is in queue, dispatched, or needs any intervention.
Request Rejected or Declined
Rejected withdrawals are uncommon but usually stem from one of three things: a mismatch between the payment details you entered and what is registered on your account, an attempt to withdraw bonus credit that has not yet met rollover conditions, or a security check on an account that has recently changed its registered details.
Check that your UPI ID or bank account details are entered exactly as they appear in your account settings. If you recently changed your registered mobile number or payment method, there can be a short verification period before the new details are active for withdrawals.
Wrong Amount Received
If the amount credited differs from what you requested, contact support immediately with your account ID and the withdrawal reference number or timestamp. This is very rare and is almost always resolved quickly — most discrepancies of this type are caused by a technical rounding issue on small decimal amounts and are corrected in the next settlement.
Pro tip: Keep your account ID and the transaction timestamp of any pending withdrawal saved on your phone before contacting support. With those two pieces of information, our WhatsApp team can typically resolve most withdrawal issues in a single conversation rather than multiple back-and-forth messages asking for details.
Withdrawals During IPL 2026 — What to Expect
IPL 2026 runs from March 28 to May 31, 2026, with 84 matches across 65 days. The vast majority of matches are evening games starting at 7:30 PM IST, which means the highest withdrawal volumes hit around 10–11 PM on match days.
Based on typical IPL season patterns, here is what to expect: standard withdrawals during the day process at the same speed as usual, withdrawals submitted during a match (while it is live) may be slightly slower because of high server load, and withdrawals submitted after the match ends clear within 15 to 30 minutes in most cases as the volume normalises quickly.
If you plan on placing large bets on IPL matches and want the fastest possible payout after winning, the best approach is to have your withdrawal payment method already set up and saved in your account before the season starts — that removes one step from the process when you need it to move quickly.
