What Is the KingExch App?
The KingExch app is the official mobile application for accessing your betting account from your smartphone. It is the entire platform — live markets, session betting, casino games, wallet, deposits, withdrawals — packaged into a fast, data-efficient experience built specifically for Indian users on 4G and 5G networks.
The app is not available on the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store. Enable Unknown Sources on Your Phone
Since the app is not from the Play Store, Android requires a one-time permission before installing APKs. Download the APK File

APK safety warning: Only download the APK from sources you can verify — either directly from King Exchange or through KingExch365 support. Modified APKs from unofficial sources are a known attack vector for credential theft on Indian betting apps. If an APK file is asking for permissions to read your SMS messages, access your contacts, or act as a device administrator, do not install it and report the source to us immediately.
How to Install on iPhone (iOS)
iOS users have two options, and both work well for all betting functions including live IPL markets and UPI transactions.
Option 1 — Mobile Website as Web App (Recommended)
Open the KingExch website in Safari on your iPhone. Tap the Share button (the box with an arrow at the bottom of the screen) and select "Add to Home Screen." Give it a name and tap Add. This is the simplest iOS option and does not require any special permissions or TestFlight enrollment. It works on all iPhones running iOS 12 and above, which is essentially every iPhone in active use today in India.

King Exchange periodically makes a native iOS app available through TestFlight, which is Apple's official platform for distributing apps outside the App Store. TestFlight builds provide the same experience as a Play Store app — push notifications, faster load times, and biometric login — but are limited to 90-day availability windows and require you to have the TestFlight app installed first.

Common App Problems and Fixes
- App not loading after install: Uninstall and reinstall using the latest APK from our WhatsApp support. Older APK versions from months ago may no longer connect to current servers.
- Live markets not updating: Check your internet connection first. Switch between WiFi and mobile data. Clear the app cache: Settings → Apps → KingExch → Storage → Clear Cache. If still not updating, a newer app version may be needed.
- UPI deposit not completing: If the UPI app opens but the payment fails, try a different UPI app (PhonePe vs Google Pay). Occasionally individual UPI apps have temporary issues during high-traffic IPL evenings. The issue is always on the UPI network side, not the betting app.
- Logged out during a live match: This happens when there is a session conflict from another device or a session timeout. Log back in — if you have biometric login enabled, it takes under 5 seconds. Consider enabling biometric login if you have not yet.
- App not installing — "Parse Error": This typically means the APK file did not download completely. Delete it and re-download from the link. If the error persists, your Android version may be below the minimum requirement (Android 6.0).
